Overview
My passion for empowering individuals to overcome their challenges and live a fulfilling life is what drives me every day.
I achieve this by providing a safe space with my loving and compassionate presence.
Using a holistic approach, I create space for emotions to be felt and processed, especially in the body. I know that changes take time and I take a curious approach, respecting my client’s unique journey and pace. By following their lead, I support them in integrating all experiences and regulating their nervous system for long-lasting growth and healing.
My interventions are tailored to their specific needs, drawing from a combination of approaches that I am trained in. they can trust that each session will be customized to best support them on their path to self-discovery. Whether it’s cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, or other evidence-based treatments, I will work with them to find what works best for them. With over 12 years of experience in clinical settings, I am an Advanced Specialist Eating Disorder Dietitian and an Somatic Experiencing therapist, holding a Master’s degree in Public Health and currently taking a diploma in Autism and Mental health
My expertise lies in delivering high-quality care for both groups and individuals (all ages) in both outpatient and inpatient settings for Eating Disorders. I am also highly experienced in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition and Sport Nutrition.
My extensive training includes SOS, CBT-t, CBT-e, FT-AN, Unified Protocol, and Safe and Sound protocol.
As an active member of the healthcare community, I am committed to contributing to research, teaching, and event speaking. I also provide supervision for dietitians, helping to support the development of the next generation of practitioners.
