Light of Mind is a team of highly skilled qualified and registered eating disorder, neuro affirming, trauma specialists. Between us we have extensive experience of working in NHS eating disorder community and inpatient settings as well as in the private sector. We offer face to face and in person interventions. We believe in the healing potential of a systems approach. We will work with you to explore your unique relationship between the external and internal systems you inhabit such as family, community and society as well as body, mind and soul. We offer neuro inclusive, nervous system informed sessions including Psychospiritual Dramatherapy, TRE, movement work, dietetics, CBT, MANTRA and integrative psychotherapy.
