Overview
Specialising in disordered eating including diagnosed eating disorders (Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa) in adolescents and adults. Sarah has significant experience in working with binge eating disorder and general weight management concerns with a particular passion for those individuals from a neuro-diverse / ADHD spectrum.
She offers the option of Guided Self Help programme (NICE 1st line treatment for BED and Bulimia) or CBT informed individualised input.
In addition to the above, Sarah has a particular interest in female hormonal nutrition including inflammatory conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis as well as peri and menopause nutrition and the impact this can have on relationships with food and body image concerns.
