I also integrate Mindfulness into my practice, helping you to build awareness of your mind and body during the healing process. I also integrate Compassion Focused therapy (CFT) in to my work helping you to become more self-compassionate. I help clients to understand the root causes of their difficulties and then work collaboratively with them to find a way to feel better. I support with many other difficulties such as anxiety, low self-esteem, body dysmorphia, stress, depression, trauma, grief, abuse, perfectionism, identity issues, disordered eating, neurodiversity, among more.
