Overview
Are you feeling stuck in a cycle of food obsession, body dissatisfaction, and exhausting attempts to stay in control? I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help you break free from disordered eating and build a more peaceful relationship with food and your body.
As a Chartered Psychologist and Hypnotherapist, I specialize in supporting women who struggle with binge eating, orthorexia, and other restrictive or compensatory behaviours. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re navigating recovery, seeking relief from compulsive thoughts about food, or learning to trust your body again.
With a background in research and lived experience of recovery, I integrate cognitive, somatic, and subconscious techniques, including CBT, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and hypnotherapy. My goal is to help you feel more at ease with food and confident in your body without the constant guilt or anxiety.
I work with clients online, offering one-to-one sessions in a safe, supportive space where you can explore your relationship with food at your own pace.
If you’re ready to move towards food freedom with kindness and curiosity, I’d love to support you on your journey.
Please note I current work with clients for a minimum of 6 months.
