Overview

As a registered psychotherapist, I specialise in supporting adults who struggle with eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, etc.), disordered eating, restrictive or compensatory behaviours, excessive exercise, and body image issues. My other areas of expertise are: abuse (domestic abuse, narcissistic abuse, and all other types of abuse), personality disorders, gender-based violence, trauma, relationships, and self-esteem.

I am a Master Practitioner in eating disorders, having completed specialised training at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in London, and obtained a postgraduate diploma in psychological interventions for eating disorders accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). In addition to this and to my qualifications in mental health and psychotherapy, I also hold other diplomas in eating disorders including in nutritional interventions for eating disorders as well as a certificate in clinical nutrition. Additionally, I have completed a range of accredited training including in trauma-informed care, body image, socratic questioning for eating disorders, mindful eating and mindfulness.

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I understand how personal and vulnerable this work can feel, and I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Having both extensive professional experience in the field of eating disorders and personal lived experience of eating disorder recovery, I am able to support you with a deep level of compassion, sensitivity and understanding.

I draw from a range of techniques and therapeutic approaches (such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, person-centred therapy, CBT, CBT-E for eating disorders, Maudsley Treatment for Anorexia Nervosa for adults (MANTRA), nutritional rehabilitation, mindfulness-based approaches among others) to support you on your recovery journey.

I work with clients in-person in my practice in Wimpole Street (Harley Street area, in Central London), as well as online. I offer one-to-one sessions in a safe, confidential and supportive space where you can explore your relationship with food at your own pace. I am also bilingual, and offer therapy both in English and French.

I am a registered and accredited psychotherapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and I am bound by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

For all enquiries or to book an initial consultation, please feel free to reach out via email. I look forward to supporting you!
