With over 20 years’ experience, gained in different settings, I have a wide repertoire of skills and expertise to assist in a diverse range of disorders and difficulties. But I have particular interest and passion in wanting to help clients with an Eating Disorder. Over the years I have worked with numerous adolescents and adults who are either still struggling with the disorder or in recovery and wanting to maintain a better relationship with food and their bodies. I have gained deep and extensive knowledge over the years about the triggers and difficulties a person with Eating Disorders faces and have the knowledge and expertise to help people on their journey of recovery. My approach centres around helping clients to develop a better understanding of their difficulties and acquire the tools and strategies to enable change.
