Amy is a dietitian registered with the Health & Care Professionals Council and an Intuitive Eating Counsellor. Working in the NHS & freelance, Amy supports individuals managing an Eating Disorder or disordered eating to find a more peaceful relationship with food. Management is individualised, and includes a collaborative approach with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (psychologists, psychotherapists and GP etc.) where required.
